Howdy, I'm the guy who runs this website / blog!
The reason why I started this website is to track my weekly progress of learning Japanese.
I've never really tought myself a language (other than programming ones) and I feel like
it's a very daunting thing to do. Especially for a complex language like Japanese. I've always
loved Japan and their culture, one of my main goals in life is to move there after university
to work on software for a big tech company. I feel like their work culture is very intense,
which is what I really admire. Being in an enviroment that constantly pushes me to exceed my own
(and others) expectations is a huge ideal for me, and I would love to be apart of something like that

I've been learning Japanese on and off for quite a few months now, but I have a very bad habbit when
it comes to learning something big like Japanese. My issue is, that I always lose motivation when
I get past the "honeymoon phase". For some reason I just lose interest in that said thing, even though I
still really want to learn it. What I've noticed about me and learning Japanese, is that I get random
bursts of motivation that usually lasts a few days, and then I lose all progress because I do nothing
for the next few weeks. That's why I'm starting this blog. To push myself to coninue learning Japanese
even if I have no motivation and don't want to. I will update this blog every week with what I've learned
and track my progress.
